Welcome to the Balls System! In Legends Locker Room, scoring is what makes fantasy sports so exciting. Whether it's a touchdown in football or a three-pointer in basketball, every action your players make on the field or court can earn (or lose) points. Here’s everything you need to know about the Balls System and how to maximize your fantasy sports success.
Points for Key Actions:
Football:
Touchdown (TD): A touchdown is a game-changer, earning you 6 points for every score your player makes.
Field Goal (FG): A successful field goal gives your team 3 points. A key scoring moment for your kicker!
Extra Point (XP): After a touchdown, the extra point adds 1 point to your total.
Rushing or Receiving Yard (Yards): For every 10 yards a player rushes or receives, you earn 1 point.
Passing Yard (Yards): Every 25 passing yards gives your quarterback 1 point.
Interception (INT): A player’s interception is worth 3 points for your defense.
Fumble (Fumble): If a player loses possession of the ball, you lose -2 points.
Sack (Sack): A sack made by a defensive player earns 2 points.
Basketball:
Points Scored (PTS): Every point your player scores on the court earns 1 point.
Assist (AST): Each assist made by your player gives you 2 points.
Rebound (REB): Whether offensive or defensive, each rebound earns 1 point.
Steal (STL): When your player grabs a steal, you earn 3 points.
Block (BLK): A blocked shot rewards you with 3 points.
Turnover (TO): If a player commits a turnover, you lose -1 point.
Double-Double (DD): A player who achieves a double-double (double-digit points and rebounds, assists, or both) earns 5 bonus points.
Triple-Double (TD): A triple-double (double digits in points, rebounds, and assists) gives your player a massive 10 bonus points.
Negative Points for Certain Actions:
Fumble Lost (FL): If your player fumbles and the ball is recovered by the opponent, you lose -3 points.
Penalty (Penalties): If a player is penalized, your team loses -2 points for every major penalty.
Missed Field Goal (MFG): If a kicker misses a field goal, you lose -2 points.
Missed Free Throw (MFT): In basketball, a missed free throw costs you -1 point.
